Private Data Neurons allow for selective dislosure of data at L1 with no data-intermediary. Users create PDNs and setup them up for access via public or VIP list. PDNs can be setup to allow for numeric query by condition, outright reveal, or guesses with yes/no. The request to access a PDN and the responses are encrypted so that the general public cannot see the queries, questions or results. A PDN must be accessed via ANNODE it was created on as only that ANNODE has the ability to service the request. Other ANNODES have awareness of PDN in the hypergraph but they cannot take action. The ANNODE that has encrypted the data takes action on those PDN requests and broadcasts TXs to the network.
