ANNDLEs are a native L1 naming system. They are neurons unique by text string and owned by ANNE. They are sponsored by users in that the sponsor has control over where the ANNDLE neuron resolves. This is similar to a domain name. They are used as "pointers" to reference any URL, ANNE neuron, IPv4 or IPV6 address. Subanndles under an ANNDLE allow for directory structures and advanced usage and nesting. ANNDLEs are priced algorithmically and will expire after 13 lunar cycles. ALL ANNDLEs will run on the same cycles so they all come up for expiration every "year". Current holders have first-right to renew. Renewal can be done in advance. Existing ANNDLEs can be sold back to ANNE for the remaining value they have on their contract or the public can offer to buy an ANNDLE from an existing sponor. ANNDLEs are a buyer's market where a buyer can offer to buy your ANNDLE but an ANNDLE cannot be listed for sale.
